Delete Account

Submit a request to permanently delete your VerumLink account and all associated data.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All case records and associated files
  • Submitted reports and historical data
  • Department configurations and integrations
  • All user activity and audit logs

Deletions are processed within 24 hours of your request. This action is permanent and irreversible.
